Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Traficore collects through traficore.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect, and why

Enquiries

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your company name if you give one, your email address, and whatever you write in your message. We use this to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Newsletter

When you subscribe we store your email address, the date and time you subscribed, the page you subscribed from, and the IP address the request came from.

We keep the date, source and IP address as evidence that you consented, which we are required to be able to demonstrate. We do not use them for any other purpose.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to enquiries@traficore.com and ask to be removed. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.

Security

To stop automated abuse of our forms, we briefly hold a one-way hash of the IP address a submission came from. It cannot be reversed into an IP address and is discarded within the hour.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping the site working.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not know who you are unless you contact us.

No cookies are set on your device by visiting this site.

Who else sees your data

We use two service providers, both acting as processors under a data processing agreement:

  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — delivers enquiry emails to us and holds our newsletter list.
  • Krystal Hosting (United Kingdom) — hosts this website.

Brevo processes data within the European Economic Area. The United Kingdom is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, so hosting there does not constitute a transfer to a country without adequate protection.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries — for as long as the conversation is live, and for 24 months after our last contact, in case you get back in touch.
  • Newsletter — until you unsubscribe. After that we retain a record of the unsubscribe itself, so that we do not add you back by mistake.
  • Security hashes — under one hour.

We keep data for longer only where a legal obligation requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict how we process it
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest
  • receive your data in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis

Write to enquiries@traficore.com and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and credentials for our service providers are held in server configuration rather than in code. Access to the enquiry inbox and the newsletter list is limited to people who need it.

Links to other sites

Our project pages link to clients’ websites and to external media. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always sits on this page with its date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will say so here.
